Job summary

GenTech AI Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused role to help businesses onboard, adopt ServeAI, and achieve optimal results with our AI Workforce platform. You will guide customers through setup, provide training, and continuously monitor performance to ensure meeting business needs.

No prior AI agent building or prompting experience is required. Training will be provided, and a strong customer-first attitude with ownership of outcomes is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• No prior AI agent building or prompting experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates from non-technical backgrounds welcome; coding skills not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and understand their business needs, processes and expectations.
• Help customers set up and configure ServeAI, with training and guidance provided.
• Conduct customer training and demonstrations to build confidence in using the platform.
• Provide timely, professional support and follow through on customer questions and issues.
• Proactively monitor AI Workforce performance, review responses and completed tasks, and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins to gather feedback and encourage adoption.
