Job summary

Hytech is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy practical AI solutions within our Customer Service ecosystem. This role focuses on production-ready AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and agentic automation rather than pure research.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Automation, CRM, and Platform teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions, integrating with Zendesk and internal APIs, and delivering end-to-end projects from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/DS/SE or related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering or AI experience with hands-on AI applications.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and/or open-source LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions within our Customer Service ecosystem.
• Develop AI Agents, LLM-powered workflows, and RAG solutions.
