Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Success Enablement Manager based in Penang to drive customer satisfaction and retention through tailored deliverables and data-driven insights.

You will generate custom communications, analyze usage data to spot opportunities for growth and risk reduction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to renewals and account expansion using AI-enabled automation and scalable templates.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Customer Success or Sales/RevOps with a track record of improving productivity and outcomes.
• Strong written and spoken communication; data-driven storytelling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Familiarity with CS platforms and analytics (Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, GoodData).
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate custom deliverables (emails, reports, PPTs, Executive Summaries) communicating value and aligning with CS roadmap, using AI/automation where appropriate.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for satisfaction, growth, and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to client retention and renewal efforts.
• Prioritize tasks by due dates, complexity, and resources to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
• Maintain outcome-based CS templates, playbooks, and reusable automations for scale.
• Track and communicate activity status using a workflow tool.
