Job summary

Atlantic Partners Asia seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to lead GenAI initiatives from KL Sentral, integrating Copilot Studio and delivering secure, end-to-end AI solutions tailored to business needs such as KYC automation and CRM workflows.

You will collaborate with compliance, onboarding, and sales to translate complex problems into deployed AI products while upholding responsible AI, scalability, and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or data-driven product development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar GenAI platforms.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles.
Experience working with enterprise systems (CRM, KYC platforms, workflow tools).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

Design & build AI applications: end‑to‑end LLM/ML solutions (chat/agent experiences, RAG pipelines, workflow automation).
Develop task‑specific agents & copilots for internal teams using Copilot Studio and integrate with business systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
Integrate with our AI data lake: retrieval, embeddings, vector indexing, guardrails, high-quality grounding for LLMs.
