Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with at least 3 in technical leadership for fintech/payment systems.
• Proven track record in payout systems - card, bank, and crypto.
• Working knowledge of Web3 and blockchain networks.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end payment journey across multiple platforms.
• Architect and manage integrations with various PSPs.
• Lead engineering squads focusing on payments and payouts.

Skills

PHP/Laravel expertise

Node.js proficiency

Next.js familiarity

Payout systems experience

Excellent stakeholder communication

Deep PSP integration experience

Strong database architecture skills

Web3 knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
