Job summary

NEXT Ventures is seeking a senior engineer to lead the design and delivery of our global payment infrastructure across FundedNext, FNmarkets, and FNPay. You will own the end‑to‑end payment journey, from checkout to settlement, driving payout systems, wallets, card products, and crypto payment solutions that enable seamless trader experiences.

Lead multiple engineering squads, embed AI-native workflows, and ensure compliance while transforming payments into a growth engine for fintech and trading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in payment/fintech leadership.
• Expertise in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Next.js and PSP integrations, payout systems and ERP integration.
• Strong knowledge of Web3/crypto payments and wallet issuance; PCI-DSS awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payment journey across FundedNext, FNmarkets, and FNPay.
• Manage multi-PSP integrations with smart routing and redundancy.
• Lead integrations for card, bank, and crypto payouts and build reconciliation engines.
• Deliver payment infrastructure with AI-native workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and drive adoption metrics.
