Job summary

SalesWorks Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a transformation leader to bridge business and technology, guiding AI-enabled initiatives from strategy to implementation. You will partner with executive teams, redesign processes and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, customer experiences and performance across markets.

A track record of delivering cross-functional programs and partnering with vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience leading or delivering AI, automation, digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience implementing workflow automation or AI-enabled business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI and automation roadmap aligned with SalesWorks' strategic and commercial priorities.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication and opportunities for automation.
• Translate business challenges and operational requirements into clear AI and automation use cases; define solution requirements and integration needs.
• Lead transformation initiatives from initial concept through implementation and post-launch review.
• Develop change management strategies to support successful adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working.
• Partner closely with executive leaders to understand strategic priorities and build strong relationships across units and markets.
• Evaluate AI, workflow automation platforms against defined operational requirements and assess vendors for capability, security and cost.
