Allianz Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale strategic initiatives in a fast‑moving technology landscape. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, oversee AI, data analytics, automation and Generative AI initiatives, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

You will champion Agile adoption, coach cross‑functional teams, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to boost delivery efficiency, governance and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience with technology transformation and digital initiatives.
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, automation, or generative AI.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/PMO-CP) preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Manage scope, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate activities across business units, tech teams, vendors.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Support and lead Enterprise Agile transformation across Allianz Malaysia.
• Coach squads on Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to align Agile initiatives with priorities.
• Prepare status reports and executive updates.
