Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Strategic Business Transformation Specialist to help modernize processes using AI and Lean principles within the CEO Transformation Office. You will map end-to-end workflows, co-design future-state operating models, and deploy rapid automation tools to free front-line capacity.

In this role, you will drive high-impact projects from concept through value realization, partner with business unit leaders, and define KPIs to monitor benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, banking management programs, or high-growth fintech/tech scale-ups.
• Demonstration of a T-shaped competency profile—deep expertise with broad collaboration across disciplines—highly valued.

Responsibilities

• AI & operational process modernization: deconstruct bottlenecks into structured problem statements and execution plans.
• Strategic project delivery: drive end-to-end delivery and track ROI across transformation initiatives.
• Executive governance: support Management Committee secretariat and facilitate senior management alignment sessions.
