Job summary

OpsShift, powered by Rainmaking, is seeking an aspiring AI transformation architect in Penang to interview stakeholders, map current workflows, and identify where AI can unlock significant value without building models. This role focuses on bridging strategy and operations, helping traditional businesses adopt practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, cut costs, and drive growth.

You will translate business pain points into actionable AI use cases, develop compelling transformation

Qualifications

Graduating or recent graduate with strong academic performance (Dean's List / CGPA 3.5+ preferred).
Ability to map chaotic processes into structured, optimized workflows.
Curiosity and first-principles thinking to question senior stakeholders.
Excellent Mandarin Chinese (read Traditional Chinese highly preferred).

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth discovery workshops to map current workflows, processes, and bottlenecks.
Ask critical questions to uncover inefficiencies across operations, finance, and customer service.
Translate pain points into actionable AI use cases (e.g., AI for forecasting, AI for customer support).
Develop and present strategic transformation roadmaps with ROI and implementation paths.
Facilitate workshops with staff to C-suite to secure alignment and buy-in for AI initiatives.
