Qualifications

• Graduating or recent graduate with strong academic performance (Dean's List / CGPA 3.5+ preferred).
• Ability to map chaotic processes into structured, optimized workflows.
• Curiosity and first-principles thinking to question senior stakeholders.
• Excellent Mandarin Chinese (read Traditional Chinese highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery workshops to map current workflows, processes, and bottlenecks.
• Ask critical questions to uncover inefficiencies across operations, finance, and customer service.
• Translate pain points into actionable AI use cases (e.g., AI for forecasting, AI for customer support).
• Develop and present strategic transformation roadmaps with ROI and implementation paths.
• Facilitate workshops with staff to C-suite to secure alignment and buy-in for AI initiatives.
