Cisco Systems is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations professional to lead cross-functional programs and governance across global teams in Malaysia. You will own data-driven processes, improve operational workflows, and drive initiatives that align GTM strategies with business metrics.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, project leadership, and effective communication to support strategic planning and execution. A strong AI-minded approach and collaboration with regional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales operations, program, project or functional management position.
• High analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Cisco Sales Operations basics: Tools/Systems and Process.
• Ability to interact with multiple cross functional teams; Works effectively with regional and global teams.
• Excellent program & project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing end-to-end New Year Readiness process across accounts transfer, target distribution, SHARE hierarchy, goaling & compensation.
• Managing business governance & cadence incl. QBR, QBO and other business metrics.
• Providing change management support for any new operational / GTM processes and systems.
• Identifying “sales operations improvement initiatives” and building actionable plans that can get executed.

Your Impact

You will be primarily responsible for sales operations activities working closely with multiple cross functional teams across Sales, Finance, Operations etc. You shall be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end New Year Readiness process across accounts transfer, target distribution, SHARE hierarchy, goaling & compensation

• Managing business governance & cadence incl. QBR, QBO and other business metrics

• Providing change management support for any new operational / GTM processes and systems

• Identifying “sales operations improvement initiatives” and building actionable plans that can get executed

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a sales operations, program, project or functional management position.
