Shopee is seeking a License Management specialist to own the end-to-end lifecycle of centrally managed software licenses. The role focuses on renewals, allocations, and governance, while driving AI, automation, and data-driven improvements to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.

Your work will involve analysing utilisation trends, cost avoidance, and partnering with IT Procurement and business teams to plan renewals and future license needs. Strong collaboration and data skills are essential.

• Experience in software license management or software asset management.
• Ability to analyse utilisation and optimisation opportunities.
• Experience with automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholder groups including IT and finances.
