Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT Operations, ITSM, technology procurement, software asset management (SAM).
• Experience with license governance and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools, data analytics and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of centrally managed software licenses (allocation, renewals, transfers, revocation).
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve user experience.
