Job summary

Sitecore in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a License Assurance Manager to independently own end-to-end license compliance reviews across strategic and enterprise accounts, working with Field Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of software license agreements, and hands-on experience with IT asset management, Power BI and Excel; you’ll drive process improvements and mentor peers.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in license compliance audits for IT infra or software assets.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end License Compliance reviews for strategic/enterprise accounts across cross-functional teams.
• Interpret complex licensing constructs and analyze license purchases/deployment data.
• Support field sales by clarifying audit data requests and gathering required information.
• Progress a portfolio of active compliance cases through workflow stages with accurate records.
• Lead process improvements and share best practices as a subject-matter resource.
