Job summary

RGA is seeking an APAC Data and AI Enablement lead to translate regional priorities into scalable data and AI solutions. You will work with enterprise platforms, data science, and business teams to drive adoption and measurable value across APAC markets.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and build responsible AI practices while aligning with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Bioinformatics or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Bioinformatics or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI enablement, digital transformation, innovation, business operations, or technology-enabled change.
• 5+ years in a leadership role guiding cross-functional teams, vendors, or matrixed delivery groups.
• 5+ years managing modern data infrastructure and deploying scalable ML/LLM-powered apps.
• 5+ years managing senior stakeholders and presenting complex topics clearly.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics, AI, automation, and risk considerations.
• Ability to translate business problems into use cases, roadmaps, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Champion the APAC Data and AI enablement agenda and set the enablement roadmap.
• Translate regional priorities into clear use cases, requirements, and roadmaps for tech and business teams.
• Partner with enterprise platforms to scale reusable capabilities and align roadmaps.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and stakeholder alignment with KPI baselines and benefits realization.
• Build regional AI capability with structured learning pathways, playbooks, and governance.
