RGA seeks an APAC Data and AI Enablement Lead to translate regional priorities into scalable Data and AI solutions across platforms. You will work with enterprise platforms, data science, and business teams to drive adoption and measurable value, while building responsible AI practices across APAC.

You will lead with influence, guide complex programs, and champion governance, risk controls, and stakeholder alignment to deliver business impact and drive transformation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in data, analytics, AI enablement, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with modern data platforms and scalable ML/AI solutions.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Champion the APAC Data and AI enablement agenda across regions and platforms.
• Translate regional priorities into use cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for tech teams.
• Partner with enterprise platforms to scale reusable capabilities and drive adoption.
• Drive value realization with clear ownership, KPI baselines, and post-implementation reviews.
• Build regional AI capability with structured learning and governance.
