Job description

We are seeking a resourceful, organised and digitally capable professional to manage e-commerce operations, oversee the daily administration of our Single Family Office and support the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). The successful candidate must have practical knowledge of AI tools and be able to apply them to improve productivity, marketing, research, reporting and daily business operations. This role requires hands‑on execution, sound judgement and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily online sales operations across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee and other relevant platforms

Plan and execute online sales campaigns, platform promotions and product launches

Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram to generate sales

Monitor advertising budgets, campaign results, customer acquisition costs and return on advertising spend

Coordinate advertising visuals, product content and promotional materials

Prepare sales and marketing reports with actionable recommendations

Identify and implement practical uses of AI to improve e-commerce, marketing and office workflows

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or equivalent platforms to assist with research, drafting, analysis and reporting

Manage the day‑to‑day administrative running of the Single Family Office

Assist the CIO with scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence and daily administrative tasks

About you

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, office administration or a role combining both

Hands‑on knowledge of Shopify, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Shopee

Practical experience managing Meta Ads, supported by examples of sales results achieved

Practical AI knowledge is essential: candidates must demonstrate how they have used AI tools to complete real business tasks, improve efficiency or support measurable outcomes

Ability to write effective prompts, refine outputs and recognise inaccurate or unsupported AI‑generated content

Understanding of data privacy and the responsible use of AI with confidential information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills, with reliable follow‑through

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgement

High standards of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
