Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-focused professional to engage with customers, drive adoption of Cisco Collaboration and Webex solutions, and enable successful renewals.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and engineering to design, deploy, migrate, and troubleshoot environments, develop technical content, and deliver value through AI-enabled delivery and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's + 5 years related experience, Master's + 3 years, PhD + 0 years, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional-level certification such as CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Enterprise or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco Collaboration and/or Webex technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in several of the following: Webex, Webex Calling, CUCM, SIP, Video Conferencing, Contact Centre and Collaboration Network Infrastructure.
• Experience designing, implementing, migrating and troubleshooting complex Collaboration solutions.
• Strong customer-facing, consulting and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of automation, programmability, APIs and AI-enabled technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work on advanced Cisco Collaboration, Webex and strategic customer solutions, driving adoption, optimisation and long-term customer outcomes.
• Engage directly with customers, building trusted relationships and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, deploy, migrate, integrate, optimise and troubleshoot Cisco Collaboration and Webex environments.
• Develop deep expertise across Cisco Webex, Webex Calling, CUCM, SIP, Video Conferencing and related technologies.
• Support complex migrations and integrations across Cisco and third-party technologies, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot complex Collaboration issues and contribute to executive briefings and QBRs with technical insights.
• Create customer-facing technical documentation and reusable content aligned to CX standards.
• Leverage AI, automation, APIs, programmability and orchestration to improve delivery and outcomes.
