Job summary

Cisco Malaysia's Customer Experience (CX) team delivers world-class network-centric solutions, solving complex business challenges and accelerating customer success through design, implementation, and optimization.

As a Consulting Engineer, you will own end-to-end engagements with service provider customers, shape architectural direction, and drive innovation by integrating AI and automation across Cisco services.

Qualifications

• BS/BE/BTech degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies.
• Service Provider related certification (CCNA, CCNP) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute deployment, migration, and optimization activities for service provider customers.
• Create customer-facing documentation, migration plans, and implementation plans aligned to CX standards.
• Engage in customer solution discussions and connect proposed solutions to business priorities.
