is seeking a Business Development Partner for a full-time hybrid role based in Johor, Malaysia, with flexibility for some work from home. You will identify and develop new business opportunities for AI training, digital transformation, and analytics solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline, in collaboration with internal technical and training teams.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development capabilities in AI/digital transformation.
• Consulting and client advisory skills to map organizational challenges to solutions.
• Project management experience coordinating initiatives and timelines.
• Experience facilitating or supporting leadership development and training.
• Relevant experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, or related consulting environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for AI training, digital transformation, and analytics solutions.
• Prospect, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline with internal technical and training teams.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand strategic and operational needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Lead client presentations and workshops; coordinate proposals and reports.
• Support leadership development and change initiatives; track market trends for strategic planning.
