is seeking a Business Development Partner for a full-time hybrid role based in Johor, Malaysia, with flexibility for some work from home. You will identify and develop new business opportunities for AI training, digital transformation, and analytics solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline, in collaboration with internal technical and training teams.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development capabilities in AI/digital transformation.
• Consulting and client advisory skills to map organizational challenges to solutions.

• Relevant experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, or related consulting environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Role Description

The Business Development Partner is a full-time, hybrid role based in Johore, Malaysia, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for SOVA’s AI training, digital transformation, and analytics solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline. The Business Development Partner will conduct consultative meetings with clients, understand their strategic and operational needs, and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with internal technical and training teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client presentations and workshops, supporting leadership development and change initiatives, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing proposals and reports, and contributing to strategic planning to drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and client advisory skills, with the ability to understand organizational challenges and recommend suitable AI and digital transformation solutions.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of training and transformation programs.
• Candidates should possess Leadership Development and Training skills, with experience facilitating or supporting workshops, programs, or learning interventions.
• Relevant experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, or related consulting environments is highly beneficial.
