Job summary

Cofidential in Malaysia is seeking an AI Engineer to work on-site in a full-time capacity, spanning data, automation, and intelligent tech. You will build pipelines, dashboards, automated workflows, and AI-powered tools to give leadership clear visibility across the business.

Scope includes deploying AI agents, integrating LLMs into workflows, and supporting reliable data pipelines with SQL. You’ll maintain Power BI dashboards and drive KPI-driven insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Role Description The AI Engineer will work on-site in Malaysia in a full-time capacity, that sits at the intersection of data, automation, and intelligent technology. You will work across the full data to-insight lifecycle. Building pipelines, dashboards, automated workflows, and AI-powered tools that give our team and leadership clear, timely visibility across the business.

AI Development & Agentic Systems: Build and deploy AI agents, integrate large language models into business workflows, and develop intelligent automation for summarization, notifications, and decision support. Research and test new AI solutions for business needs.

Data & Pipeline Support: Connect data sources to Microsoft Fabric and support reliable data pipelines and warehouse structures. Use SQL to prepare data for dashboards and AI solutions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and executive reporting. Work with business teams to define KPIs and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Automation & Power Platform: Develop workflows and applications using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder. Connect these tools with data sources and AI systems to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Delivery: Work closely with business teams to understand challenges and deliver practical, data-driven solutions. Communicate technical findings clearly and manage small projects from planning to delivery with minimal supervision.
