Job summary

AI Rudder is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist based in Malaysia to drive end-to-end delivery of Voicebot/Chatbot projects, including requirement clarification, configuration, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, QA, Customer Success and local teams to ensure on-time delivery, clear communication, and rapid issue resolution while localizing content for Malaysian users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3 years of experience in product operations, project operations, AI product delivery, intelligent customer service, Voice bot/Chatbot, SaaS, or internet product roles
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
• Clear logic, strong attention to detail, ability to organize complex information, track task progress, and produce structured documentation
• Basic data analysis awareness, ability to identify issues from data and user feedback
• Strong execution capability, result orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks in parallel
• Fast learner, willing to quickly understand business processes, bot product logic, and local Malaysian business scenarios

Responsibilities

• Independently support the delivery of regular Voicebot/Chatbot projects, including requirement clarification, solution configuration, launch preparation, progress tracking, performance follow-up, and daily issue coordination
• Maintain and optimize conversation flows, scripts, intents, prompts, knowledge base content, and other bot-related configurations to improve understanding accuracy, response quality, and user experience
• Review and optimize bot scripts, conversation flows, user-facing content, and operation materials based on local Malaysian user expressions, language habits, and business context
• Track bot performance data and user feedback, identify operational issues or anomalies, summarize issue symptoms, collect examples, conduct preliminary analysis, and coordinate with relevant teams to drive resolution
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, QA, Customer Success, and local business teams to ensure project tasks are delivered on time, information is clearly synchronized, and issues are followed through to closure
• Prepare and maintain project progress updates, bot performance summaries, issue lists, optimization records, launch notes, and periodic review materials
• Support client communication, requirement confirmation, issue feedback, and basic training when needed, helping clients and internal teams understand bot capabilities, business processes, and operation guidelines
• Summarize improvement suggestions based on project execution, user feedback and local market needs, and provide structured feedback to Product and Delivery teams to support continuous product improvement
