Job summary

Job description

· Responsible for effective communication with customers, analysis and management of customer needs and guide the needs of customers.

· To take on the structure design, product development and market introduction of service products or solutions.

· Responsible for the leading production of service products, and the implementation of service delivery scheme.

· Support the development and delivery of the project in AI field.

· Support AI training to global customer.

REQUIREMENT:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

· At least 2 year(s) working experiences in AI related technical support, AI solution development, AI project implementation, AI project integration, AI training.

· AI related technical support, solution development, project implementation, project integration and other experience, have good language and communication skills, able to understand the customer's learning strategy and needs.

· Posses knowledge and skill in server/storage (IBM/HP/Oracle), cloud computing (VMWare, Citrix), IDC, big data, SDN, MV OSS, or NFV in an AI field technology.

· Remote online training delivery according to customers’ time zone and working days.

· 1-year renewable contract
