Job summary

PowTech Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Delivery Tech Lead (AI Engineering) for a fixed-term contract to drive a client AI PoC from architecture to live delivery. You will work with AI engineers and partner teams to keep work on track, maintain quality, and manage risks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of AI/ML solutions incl. agents, generative AI, model integration, production support.
• Strong Python and API/backend development.
• Cloud platforms, containers, DevOps, pipelines, testing, code quality, environment management.
• Translate architecture and business needs into technical plans, work packages and estimates.
• Strong technical review, troubleshooting, risk management and communication.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the delivery plan, backlog, milestones and dependencies across cloud, data, agent, model, interface and workflow work.
• Coordinate AI engineers and partner teams through a shared backlog, interface definitions and design specs.
• Keep the build in line with the approved architecture.
• Track progress, quality and engineering metrics.
• Report status, risks and dependencies to the project and solution leads.
• Lead design, code, integration and readiness reviews.
• Ensure testing, documentation, security, traceability and human-review controls are in place.
• Spot blockers early and drive fixes.
• Manage move from mock to live integration, demos and releases.
• Plan environment readiness, data and connector checks, defect fixes and production support.
