Qualifications

• Proven experience in project delivery within ICT, Cloud, or related tech industry.
• Familiar with AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG, AI Agents, and related frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Dify).
• Experience in deployment, training, and inference optimization of AI models; cloud industry background is a plus.
• Professional AI or cloud certifications preferred (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE AI).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery and technical implementation of cloud-based AI solutions.
• Manage customer requirements, develop project plans, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical support and ensure proper operation of customer AI services; troubleshoot faults and communicate solutions.
