Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or data center support.
• Hands-on experience with server, storage, networking hardware, and data center environments.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for AI Server systems, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software issues; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform server maintenance, including part replacements, firmware upgrades, health checks, and FCOs.
