Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an AI Project Specialist to lead AI transformation across the Group. You will identify, evaluate and implement AI solutions to boost efficiency and digital innovation, aligning with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of AI ecosystems, emerging technologies, and commercial AI apps, and will manage projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project management, digital transformation, IT transformation or AI initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI implementation, automation, analytics or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Group's AI transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decisions, quality and cost.
• Research AI technologies and evaluate platforms for operations.
• Engage with users to translate challenges into AI opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end AI projects from business case to deployment and review.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external AI providers, system integrators and vendors.
• Monitor performance, adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Stay updated on AI trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Evaluate POCs and recommend scalable AI solutions for enterprise adoption.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, cybersecurity and data privacy.
