Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8–10 years in digital transformation, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience leading automation initiatives across business lines and functions.
- Strong understanding of governance, data privacy and responsible AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and automation roadmap aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Translate requirements into automation, analytics and AI designs including dashboards and agents.
- Manage delivery lifecycle from discovery to adoption and benefits review.
- Coach teams, establish templates and promote governance and adoption practices.
