TikTok in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Agency Solutions Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with Malaysia’s Big 6 agency groups, helping agencies and their clients unlock growth across TikTok’s advertising solutions.

This cross-functional role blends agency strategy, product expertise, and revenue growth. You will translate TikTok solutions into practical commercial outcomes and guide agencies to scale TikTok across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, ad tech, client solutions, agency, consulting, or related commercial role.
• Experience managing client or agency relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital media and performance marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to analyse business or campaign performance and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams with ownership.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted, senior-level relationships across key agency stakeholders including leadership, trading, planning, performance, commerce, strategy, and client teams.
• Identify and convert revenue opportunities across TikTok’s advertising ecosystem.
• Build strong product fluency and become a credible advisor to agency and internal stakeholders.
• Help agencies become self-sufficient and scale TikTok solutions across their client portfolios.
• Diagnose problems and solve them independently.
• Manage execution of a high volume of simultaneous workstreams with strong ownership and discipline.
