Job summary

TikTok Malaysia is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (Chinese Speaking) within Content & Services for the GBS team. You will consult with clients and internal teams to align marketing objectives with business outcomes, driving measurement solution adoption across campaigns.

Role requires strong English & Mandarin, deep digital marketing knowledge, and experience in performance marketing. You will analyze data, present insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow client revenue

Qualifications

5 years of experience in account management/client services in digital marketing.
Good understanding of digital media and marketing landscape; vertical knowledge in Gaming, Tech & Telco.
Knowledgeable and experienced in performance marketing focused on Apps and/or Web.
Strong English and Mandarin communication with Southeast Asia and China partners.

Responsibilities

Consult to clients and internal stakeholders on solutions, adoption, and optimizations.
Build Test & Learn plans using measurement solutions across full-funnel strategies.
Drive adoption of Pixels, MMPs where applicable and educate clients.
Conduct post-campaign reviews with data analyses and actionable next steps.
Support Always On content and Performance objectives to aid revenue attainment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain robust client relationships.
