Job summary

Great Eastern Life Assurance Malaysia seeks a dynamic trainer to coach Personal Financial Consultants and Relationship Managers in marketing insurance products. You will collaborate with branch leaders to drive Bancassurance sales, deliver targeted training, and support junior consultants to maximize conversions and campaign impact.

The role requires at least 3 years in bancassurance sales, strong coaching and communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling Bancassurance/Insurance products.
• Coaching/mentoring experience, preferably as a Team Leader.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Must possess stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Personal Financial Consultants & Relationship Managers to achieve bancassurance targets.
• Lead and mentor teams, collaborating with Branch Leaders to meet sales objectives.
• Deliver trainings to keep consultants updated on product knowledge, bank systems, and sales techniques.
• Attend joint sales with junior consultants to maximise participation and close rates.
• Organise sales activities and events to promote Bancassurance campaigns.
• Follow up on outstanding cases and ensure timely conversions.
• Report sales performance to management as required.
