Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, especiallyDeposits/consumer banking.
• Proven track record in developing and launching deposit products and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and affluent customer needs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for affluent deposit products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and branches for product distribution.
• Monitor product performance and identify improvements or new features.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch.
