Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad seeks a Senior Specialist, Consumer Deposits Affluent to drive growth and manage affluent deposit products, delivering a superior customer experience while achieving business targets.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and branches to ensure effective distribution and engagement, while monitoring performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in product management within consumer banking, with affluent focus.
• Proven track record in developing and launching deposit products.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and banking regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for affluent deposit products to meet revenue and market share objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay innovative and competitive.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and branch teams for distribution and engagement.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvements.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch review.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Act as SME for affluent deposit products for internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular reports on product performance and insights.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions.
