Job summary

alrajhi bank Malaysia is seeking a Deposit Relationship Manager to join our Retail Banking team. You will acquire and manage affluent relationships, grow deposit portfolios, and deliver exceptional banking experiences while driving sustainable growth.

In this role you will onboard NTB affluent clients, nurture high-net-worth portfolios, and collaborate with Wealth, Branch and Product teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across wealth, financing, Islamic banking and protection solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/finance-related field.
• 2–5 years in Retail Banking, Affluent Banking, Wealth Sales or Deposit Acquisition.
• Proven success in customer acquisition and deposit mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard affluent NTB customers with strong deposit relationships.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Drive growth in CASA and Term Deposits while increasing wallet share.
• Build long-term relationships through personalized banking solutions and proactive engagement.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals and customer events.
• Collaborate with Wealth, Branch and Product teams to cross-sell wealth, financing, Islamic banking, and protection solutions.
• Monitor portfolios, manage deposit retention, and safeguard relationships.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT and governance standards.
