Responsibilities

• Financial Performance Management: drive revenue growth in deposits and focus on key metrics like FX revenue and overall portfolio growth.
• Portfolio Management: manage a portfolio of high-value non-borrowing customers to drive CBD deposits and cross-sell bank products.
• Primary Banker: grow the Primary Banker Initiative.
• Work+ Salary Crediting: implement salary crediting programs to boost engagement and account utilization.
• Performance Targets: ensure CBCs meet deposit targets across the region.
