• Strong compliance and risk-awareness for branch operations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage the branch sales and operations plan to achieve targets.
• Lead visitations and engagements with local communities.
• Jointly organize campaigns with Regional Sales Heads and marketing to promote Deposit, Wealth and e-Banking; grow SME/commercial/corporate customers.
• Set, review and communicate sales targets across the branch; monitor activities to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain cross-selling across products and approve quality credits per matrix.
• Develop and maintain a network of Affluent & HNI customers.
• Promote Bank core values and empower HR decisions on staff promotions and development.
• Ensure clear customer focus and high service standards; resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance to bank policies and no adverse audit findings.
