Job summary

Lazada Group in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing & Communications professional to drive Affiliate Growth and Campaign Strategy focused on the Singapore market. The role covers planning campaigns, managing budgets, and driving GMV, plus LazLive coordination and AI-powered reporting.

You will collaborate across MY and SG teams, optimize incentives, and implement automation to improve efficiency while delivering measurable results in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing operations, e-commerce campaign management, affiliate marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly calendar for Singapore affiliate campaigns.
• Manage budgets and ROI for affiliate incentives.
• Drive GMV in the SG market through affiliate campaigns.
• Coordinate LazLive operations with agencies and livestreamers.
• Build AI automation and reporting pipelines for performance forecasts.
