Job summary

MayAir Group in Malaysia is seeking a Service Technician to perform on-site service, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for air purification systems. You will collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and customers to ensure safe, compliant, and quality-driven work on local and overseas projects.

• Diploma in Engineering in a related field required.
• 1-3 years of service technician experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates may apply.

• Able to read layout drawings and schematics.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections, technical support, and service activities per safety and quality standards.
• Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and servicing of equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Travel to local and overseas project sites as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Travel to local and overseas project sites as required.

Perform any other duties assigned by your superior or management from time to time.

What You Will Need

Must Have

Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical, or a related engineering field).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Service Technician is preferred.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD.

Ability to read and interpret layout drawings, technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Good to Have

Experience in troubleshooting and field service work.

Good problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (required to communicate with China counterparts).
