Job summary

Incora is seeking a Sales Representative in Malaysia to be the primary inside sales contact for assigned accounts and regions. You will drive market development, apply sales initiatives, and support business plans to meet goals.

The role requires a degree and prior sales experience, fluent English, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for assigned accounts/regions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and source new ones.
• Process customer inquiries, provide accurate responses, and align with Incora policies.
• Utilize ERP systems and Incora intranet to perform duties and track opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with approvals and export requirements where applicable.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Business Development on opportunities.
