Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales support skills to handle assigned accounts with indirect sales.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts.
• Process routine/smaller orders accurately and timely.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, RMAs, invoicing, and shipping requirements.
• Maintain backlog and resolve vendor invoice variances and claims.
• Coordinate with field sales, engineering, and other departments to meet customer needs.
