Job summary

Aero Service Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Planning and Customer Fulfillment Manager to supervise production scheduling and ensure customer fulfillment aligns with SQDP standards. The role requires coordinating with manufacturing, sales, and logistics to optimize plans and meet customer requirements.

You will monitor inventory, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries. Port Klang-based, on-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
• At least three years of experience in production planning or customer fulfillment in manufacturing or service environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
• Oversee customer order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure availability of materials.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and logistics to align plans with objectives and customer requirements.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate planning and fulfillment performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and communications.
