Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Planning and Customer Service Senior Executive to manage production scheduling, inventory balance, and regional order fulfillment to support continuous operations.

You will prepare daily production schedules, monitor equipment utilization, and coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve delays while maintaining communication with external accounts on order status and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and inventory control in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and order fulfillment workflows.
• Proficiency with numerical spreadsheets and ERP systems; MITI exposure preferred.
• Ability to handle trade compliance documentation and international shipments.
• Bachelor degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production schedules and monitor equipment utilization to meet client demand forecasts.
• Oversee finished goods inventory levels to balance stock availability and prevent excess holding.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics units to resolve operational supply delays.
• Maintain direct communication with external accounts regarding order status, delivery timelines, and shipment tracking.
• Verify shipping documentation and monitor trade compliance procedures for international material dispatches.
