Job summary

Trimble AECO Field Sales in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced sales professional to grow direct sales of Tekla Structures and construction project management solutions in Malaysia. You will own a healthy sales funnel and drive new logo acquisition.

Responsibilities include managing allocated accounts, updating CRM, collaborating with marketing and pre-sales, and contributing to annual business plans. Travel up to 35% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct sales experience in the construction industry.
• Preference given to software sales and new logo acquisition experience.
• Strong relationships with Owners, Contractors, Consultants, and Fabricators.

Responsibilities

• Sell Tekla Structures offerings and Civil/Construction Project management solutions in Malaysia.
• Achieve direct sales quotas and KPIs set by Sales management.
• Hunt, pursue and maximise new logo opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Manage allocated accounts, renew annual support contracts, and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain pipeline info & provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive demand and lead generation.
• Work with pre-sales to plan and land new customers.
• Contribute to annual business plans and strategic initiatives to grow the business.
