Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to own the growth marketing plan for multiple schools. You will translate group and regional objectives into integrated campaigns, working with campus principals, admissions and the division to drive enrolments and strengthen brand across channels.

The ideal candidate brings a business-minded marketing approach, strong delivery discipline, and experience managing multi-brand and multi-location marketing

Qualifications

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned to enrolment targets.
• Experience in multi-channel marketing across digital, brand, content, events and offline channels.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimise spend across multiple schools.
• Strong stakeholder influence with campus principals and admissions teams.

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing plan development for assigned schools to grow demand and strengthen brand.
• Plan and deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns across school, division and group inputs.
• Craft compelling storytelling and USPs for each school.
• Oversee online reputation, testimonials and shareable moments in the school journey.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly across teams.
• Lead and develop school marketing specialists and measure performance.
