Job summary

SERI BOTANI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD is seeking an Admissions Officer to manage student enrollment, respond to inquiries, and coordinate placement assessments. You will prepare admission documents, maintain registration databases, and support events such as Open Day.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration or related field, 4–5 years in admissions or student services, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 4–5 years of Admissions, Student Services, Administration experience; international school experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of student admission procedures and MOE regulations is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and student information systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Explain admission procedures, curriculum and fees to prospective parents.
• Respond to enrolment inquiries by telephone and email in a courteous, timely manner.
• Arrange placement assessments and ensure student information registration is complete.
• Prepare Acceptance Letters and Admission Contracts.
• Maintain a database of new student registrations and update management reports.
• Support Open Day and other enrolment events.
• Handle government-related documentation for MOE, immigration, and MOFA.
• Prepare documents for verification, bank accounts, and travel attestations.
• Monitor and maintain government approvals and related records.
