Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a dynamic growth leader for our partner educational institution in Malaysia, to drive admissions and marketing, expanding recruitment channels locally and internationally and elevating the brand.

You will develop enrolment strategies, oversee digital campaigns and events, own the admissions journey, build strategic partnerships, and forecast enrolment trends while leading a high-performing team in alignment with the school's vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or related field.
• 10–15 years in student recruitment, admissions, or education marketing.
• Experience in international school or premium education preferred.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans to achieve enrolment targets across domestic and global markets.
• Oversee digital campaigns, promotional events, and brand messaging to align with growth objectives.
• Own end-to-end admissions journey, driving improvements in enquiry-to-enrolment conversion and the family experience.
• Identify new regional markets and build high-value recruitment networks with agents, embassies, corporate partners, and relocation firms.
• Analyze market trends and admissions metrics to inform decision-making and forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing admissions team in coordination with academic leadership.
