Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive admissions coordinator to guide prospective families from initial consultation through enrollment, shaping meaningful educational pathways and maintaining organized records.

You will work with the Academic Manager on class placements, monitor student progression, nurture relationships with families, and support online lessons and attendance while driving retention through targeted follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin preferred.
• Analytical and data-driven approach; comfortable with targets and metrics.
• Experience in education, admissions, or academic program coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective families through the consultation and enrollment process.

• Monitor live online classes and observe classroom dynamics.
• Maintain accurate student and admissions records and track key enrollment and retention indicators.
