1 year or above in relevant field
Work experience as a General Affairs Officer, Admin Executive, or any similar role is preferred
Diploma in Business Administration or any other related fields
Fluent in Malay and English
Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage (to communicate with colleague from Taiwan)
Office Administration & Logistics: Manage office facilities, daily operations, security, and cleanliness. This includes managing utilities, cleaning services, and office equipment maintenance so do patrolling.
Vendor and Procurement Management: Handle vendor relationships (suppliers, security, catering) and manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring cost efficiency.
Asset and Property Management: Oversee company assets (vehicles, office machinery) and conduct EFA audit.
Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, files, documentation, and reception duties.
Events and Welfare Support: Organise company events, meetings, and support employee welfare initiatives.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
Organisational Skills: High ability to multitask, task prioritisation capabilities, and manage time efficiently
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve administrative problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, ability to work independently, and obey work arrangements
Team oriented with an outgoing personality, reliable, and able to work under pressure
