Job summary

Pegaunihan Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Johor is seeking a data/production support professional to manage daily data pulling, PO data pulling, and SFIS processes.

You will also handle shipping data, PO switching and system maintenance. The role requires a diploma or degree in Electronic, Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 1 year+ experience, plus MS Office proficiency. The position involves rotating day and night shifts and opportunities to learn SFIS concepts while

Qualifications

• Proficient in using MS Office applications to prepare reports.
• Ability to communicate and analyze information effectively, with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily data pulling and PO data pulling.
• Introduction to production line SFIS and the meaning or handling of daily SFIS errors.
• Preparation of shipping data and PO switching.
• System maintenance (SO, ACC, pallet merging) and serial code item feature maintenance.
• SFIS query knowledge teaching.
• Precautions for process control/ECN execution.
• Device application and setting.
• Improvement of exception analysis and handling.

Other Requirements

• Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
• Familiar with the use of office software to prepare reports
• Applicants with experience in electronic products & in large companies are preferred;
• Good communication skills, ability to analyse and solve problems, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including day and night shifts, in alignment with company operating procedures.
